You must notify lake97 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
lake97 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address; and proof of payment method ownership. A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the lake97 system with a unique bet reference number. lake97 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — including typographical errors or system malfunctions — lake97 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's account. lake97's determination of what constitutes an obvious error is final.
Cricket markets — including PSL, international test matches, T20 internationals, and one-day internationals — are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or reduced in overs, settlement will be determined according to the published cricket market rules in force at the time. Players are encouraged to review these rules before placing bets on any cricket market.
lake97 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day across all sports and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. Any winnings in excess of the published maximum will be settled at the maximum limit, with the remainder forfeited.

Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses cancelled and may have its account suspended or permanently closed. lake97 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You may close your lake97 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, provided no outstanding investigations or bonus wagering requirements are pending.
lake97 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the event of: a breach of any provision of this Agreement; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or any circumstance that lake97 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. lake97 may apply an inactivity fee of PKR 500 per month to dormant accounts after this period, following written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance following the application of inactivity fees will be closed.
lake97 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent lake97 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
